Design — job needs design but it isn't done as install approaches. Critical inside 30 days of install.
Materials — nothing ordered yet. Warning inside 60 days of install, critical inside 30. "On Hold" orders go critical inside 7 days. "Partially delivered" and "Delivered" both count as landed, so neither one nags.
ETA — critical material lands too close to (or after) install start. Warning under 14 days of lead, critical if it arrives after install begins. A date the tracker can't read — "TBD" typed into the date box — counts as no ETA at all, so it stays grey rather than turning green.
Start-up — jobs $50K+ need a start-up meeting, and there are three outcomes. Flip "Start-up benchmark met?" to Yes and the dot goes green and stays green. Miss the benchmark but still hold the meeting — put the date in "Start-up meeting" — and the dot goes grey: the miss is still counted in the report, but it stops chasing you. No date at all means the meeting never happened, so the dot warns 8–14 days out from install, goes critical inside 7, and stays critical until a date is entered. The toggle is still the only thing the benchmark report scores.
Crew away — the job's installer has blocked off dates (People › Installers › Time off) that land inside one of its install windows. Red when the clash starts inside 30 days, amber further out. Move the dates or change the installer and it clears on its own; if the crew has it covered, snooze it from the job — "Handled" snoozes it until they're back.
Behind — not an alert and not snoozeable: it's worked out from the job itself. The purple chip appears when the last install window has ended and the job still isn't closed out. It replaced the hand-set "Overdue" status, which meant late-to-start to some people and late-to-finish to others.
Under the job name — a solid red tag is critical and amber text is a warning. Hover either one for the reason; open the job and the same reasons are listed under its alert chips, each with a link to the field that clears it.
Hover any dot on a job row to see which alert it is. Snoozed (grey-blue) means someone muted it deliberately.
